Table, attributed to GIIIow of Lancaster, the hinged top rising in two sections with ratchet supports, the frieze drawer simulating two drawers and revealing an inset slide,

with rising section and pen-tray, below is a well flanked by six lidded compartments with oval inlaid alphabet titles, the turned and reeded tapering legs ending in brass

cappings and castors, cm. wide. ft. in.
